It is important to add variety to your fitness routine and there is no better way than circuit training.
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. We will ensure that you target a variety of muscle groups during these sessions as well as giving you a good cardiovascular workout.
You will take part in a multitude of physical activities. Many of the activities incorporate elements of the natural countryside surroundings and also other none typical training accessories including; wheel barrows, timber sleepers, shovels and much more. There will be individual circuits to complete and also ‘team’ circuits to add a bit of a competitive edge.
